Maciel Rivera is a jack of all trades. She is a dancer, makeup artist, crafter and overall a dreamer and visionary. Maciel Started working in beauty pageants at the age of 15. She fell in love with the pageant world and it drove her passion for makeup and working behind the scenes. She then went on to Makeup school at Makeup Designory NY and has held a Makeup certification since 2006. She Also holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Administration from Pillar College. 

Her love for her Dominican Culture, Makeup and Pageant world has come full circle as she now is the Founder/CEO of non profit organization Dominicans of Middlesex County, NJ and Pageant Director of Miss Republica Dominicana of Middlesex County, NJ.

Alberto Pacheco was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico and raised in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico. His passion for fashion and art began at a very young age and so he pursued a career in Fashion and Design at Benedict Vocational College in Isabela, PR in 1994. He also dove into the world of flowers at the age of 17 which has led him to be the Floral Designer he is today. As an avid traveler he traveled back and forth from Puerto Rico to New Jersey until he finally settled Perth Amboy, NJ at the age of 23 and continued his career in fashion. In 2005 he joined the pageant world, where he was able to bring many amazing creations to life. He has continued to be in the fashion and floral industry as well as the pageant world which has led him to be the current Director of Miss Puerto Rico Newark and Creative Director of Miss Republica Dominicana of Middlesex County,NJ. Yet with the many roles that he plays, you can always catch him every so often at Newark Airport, ready for his next adventure.
